“I want to do that forever,” stated Taj Farrant. “That” being play guitar, decided by Farrant as he and his dad watched Angus Young rock out at an AC/DC concert. Following that experience, Farrant promptly got a guitar and, now at age 14, is making the dream come true. Farrant’s song “Crossroads” entered at #1 on the both the Australian and U.S. Blues Singles Charts in 2023 and, while touring the U.S. in early 2024, he related: “I really enjoy being on the road and performing. It’s what I’ve been wanting to do with my life.”

A natural born rocker, Farrant’s guitar-playing passion and innate musical ability belie his young age. Witnessing Farrant play, it’s quickly evident he has a genuine “feel” for the guitar, with exceptional technique and soul. Featured on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and sharing the stage with world class artists such as Carlos Santana, Rob Thomas, and Orianthi among others, Farrant’s online presence has exploded, and his fame is growing fast.

Farrant credits his very supportive family with guiding and encouraging his passion, and for helping him maintain balance, with enough freedom to play and perfect his technique while also still enjoying kid stuff.
