The Smut City Jellyroll Society takes you back to the 1920s and 30s, the early days of both blues and jazz. Featuring powerful vocals, fingerpicked guitar in the style of Blind Blake and others, hot horn solos and a hard-grooving rhythm section, the Jellyroll Society has become popular with local swing and blues dancers. The band plays frequently around the area in venues both big and small, while always putting a smile on the faces in the audience and getting folks up to dance.
