Brazilian brothers Igor and Yuri Prado are celebrating both their 25-year career and the fact they’ve earned the respect of the American blues scene. Their 2015 album, Way Down South, became at that time the most played in the USA, according to the Living Blues Chart, and was nominated for the Blues Music Awards in 2016 for Best New Debut Artist.

The brothers — Igor on guitar, and Yuri on drums — have collaborated and performed with renowned artists such as Kim Wilson, Rod Piazza, J.J. Jackson, Willie Walker, and Curtis Salgado, among others, and have toured in more than 50 countries. In 2024, they plan to release their new album, Prado Brothers Band, which will blend influences from American blues and soul with elements of Brazilian music.
