Blues Fest Cares
Ever since the first note was played on stage in 1988, the festival has been committed to supporting our community. Since its inception, the festival has raised over $10M for local community partners. In addition to hunger relief, the festival also recognizes the need to expand the impact and support the heart of our community – our musicians.
As we look at the years to come, the festival will continue to respond to the needs of our community and work with our community partners to raise funds and awareness for hunger relief and musician-focused organizations.

MEALS ON WHEELS PEOPLE
Meals on Wheels People has been changing lives, one meal at a time, since 1970. At the heart of its mission, dedicated staff and volunteers serve and deliver nutritious meals, human connection, and social support to over 10,500 older adults and other nutritionally at risk-populations across Multnomah, Clark, and Washington, counties each week. Thanks to donors, Meals on Wheels People has been among the top 10 largest senior nutrition programs in the country and one of the very few that has never had a waiting list for meals.
